David St. Clair, founder and chairman of the board of MEDecision, and Kris Robbins, former CEO and Chairman of the board of Security Benefits Corporation, a $40 billion asset insurance company, have joined our 5-member board. The addition of David and Kris are designed to significantly enhance our efforts to accelerate our increasing presence and stature as the leader in providing governance risk and compliance solutions to the insurance industry.

AS founder of MEDecision; David was involved in all aspects of growing this technology based provider of solutions to the health insurance market, from inception to IPO to its eventual sale to Health Care Services Corporation (HCSC).
