Mr. Schoff brings over 23 years of legal and regulatory experience to CAC, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Lincoln Financial Group (a financial services company with assets under management of $141 billion as of December 31, 2009). In addition to his corporate experience, Mr. Schoff is President-Elect 2010 of the Association of Life Insurance Counsel and outgoing Chair of the American Council of Life Insurers – Compliance and Legal Section.
