PITTSBURGH, PA, March 1, 2010 - Compliance Assurance Corporation (CAC), a leader in regulatory compliance solutions for the insurance industry, today announced that software veteran William Seibel has joined the company’s Board of Directors.

Seibel brings decades of experience in developing early stage companies and building successful organizations in the software industry. His support comes as the company introduces the next generation of regulatory compliance software to the insurance industry.

Previously, Bill was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Demantra, a leading provider of supply chain and marketing collaboration and analytics that was acquired by Oracle.

Before joining Demantra, Bill was Chairman and CEO of e-business services company Zefer. There he oversaw the company’s growth to $113 million in revenue in their first full year of operations. Prior to establishing Zefer, Seibel was Executive Vice President of Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) and one of its founding partners. At CTP he launched the company’s international operations and led the Americas operating unit to rapid growth and profitability.
