CAC seeks legal analysts who will work in tandem with Business Analysts developing insurance focused regulatory content to be delivered to our subscribers.
Position Related Competencies:
- Ability to quickly understand regulatory/statutory changes
- Identify requirements related to regulatory/statutory changes
- Develop functional requirements (teamed with BA) for client side subscribers
- Review, edit, functional requirements, specifications, business processes etc.
Professional Qualities:
- Demonstrates leadership and enthusiasm among team members
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Manages the process of innovative change
This individual must posses:
- Previous experience selling enterprise software solutions to insurers or:
- Experience selling complex products or services to General Counsels or CFO’s
- Possess understanding in areas of regulatory compliance (insurance focused preferred)
- Pushes creative sales approaches beyond the bounds of existing industry practices
- Facilitates effective team interactions
- Proactively seeks to serve in leadership roles (internal and external)
- Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Manages client expectations effectively.
